Description

I think this is a more realistic look at our offseason. Probably won't be making too many big moves other then locking down our RFAs. Wish we had more money to bring back Jojo but I doubt we can fit him without shipping off a bigger contract like Backes (unlikely). Also the John Moore signing ain't looking too hot right now.

With how much young players are making out of their ELC's I highly doubt you are going to get McAvoy for 8 years at that cost. My guess is he signs over 6 for 3 years.

Heinen stinks .. waive or trade .. JFK also so so .. Bruins need ONE young guy to play that 2nd line sniper role and Johannson also will be gone .. bigger issue to me is 1 more D .. Chara is hanging on by thread and Krug/Grelyck are not big D guys .. that God for CARLO who maybe Team MVP .. Millar would fit the bill but always hurt .. I would look to add D and pray for ONE young guy to be Debrusk like

agree with @LoganOllivier on the term, probably not the price though. McKenzie has reported that McAvoy has indicated he's betting on himself, and isn't interested in a max term deal, preferring a bridge.
