Has literally everyone never looked into Larsson? He's almost identical to Zaitsev but makes a few hundred grand less. There is almost no statistical difference between them, apart from Zaitsev has been on a winning team and Larsson hasn't.

Marner should have maybe an eight mil and you shouldn't have sent Liljegren for Ristolainen. Liljegren's value is higher. On the first line, move Hyman down, Matthews up and shift Nylander to centre.

The Sharks are not going to take Marleau's salary. They have a ton of pending FAs that they'd want to re-sign instead of taking on Marleau's cap hit. You aren't moving Marleau without giving up significant assets, and that still hinges on Marleau waiving his NMC.
