I like this move for Toronto and Nashville but I would probably put Kadri at 2c with Johnsson. They have good chemistry and kadri>turris.

Leafs get the 1rhd they need and some grit and Nashville gets the offensive boost.

I like Kapanen as well, but I think the preds are weaker on the left side so Johnsson fits better. Having said that, probably both deals would work with slight variations in picks maybe.

I don't disagree with that, but I'm just not sure if Toronto could afford Subban. With a different team, I could see the preds trading Subban instead. I'd also prefer to get top 6 help if we trade Ellis or Subban as opposed to draft picks.
