Neal isn't going to move this off season, if he does it will be for a player with significantly less term to create a more reasonable buyout. Him playing in Calgary next year is no harm no foul, he either increases his trade value or he defines a role in the line up. On the off chance neither of those situations happen then we are just in the same spot next off season with one less year on his contract.
