I agree Dubas needs to attain more 6th and 7th Rd picks. That's the real secret to success.

Imagine in the next 2 Drafts, the Sens have 9 picks in the first 2 Rds and the Leafs also have 9 picks in the last 2 Rds.

Showing your balls is rarely a good idea. Even worse if you're a GM and makes bad moves. OEL starting his 8 year deal seems like long term poor written all over it. Besides NMC OEL seems content where he is.

Dubas had the chance to show off his balls last off-season when Pietrangelo was offered to him by Armstrong for holdout Nylander and a 1st. Dubas apparently has no balls, because he should have jumped all over that but didn't. Perhaps as a result, he and his crew lost in the first round AGAIN.

It was a 1 for 1 Nylander for Pietrangelo and Dubas turned him down because he isn't short sighted. Nylander is going to be a star player on a great contract.
