Montreal offered "just" 8.45m for Aho. We would they be paying over 9 or 10 m for the inferior Connor and Laine.

Because they didn’t have a hot clue, how to scoop aho, there offersheet was a perfect number to take a shot at a top end winger, not a Center. Ratenen, laine, might work, an overpayment for Connor
