Haha all the power to them. Maybe can snag their own 2nd this year instead of a 3rd because they have New Jerseys pick

First of all Nashville doesnt need Risto. They are fine on D. Second, that is not the return Buffalo would be looking for. Either a 1 for 1 with Buffalo getting a young top 6 forward or trading for a fringe 2nd line center and a pick/prospect

Fabbro is probably not ready for a top 4 role, and Santini may not be good enough either. With Subban gone, there kind of is a hole there. Also, a center in Bonino and a young winger in Jarnkrok, with some picks would be a good enough return for me to pull the trigger on Risto

There is a lot to like about that NSH trade for Buffalo.
Jarnkrok would be a big upgrade over Girgensons and would give Buffalo 2 good face off players on the 4th line. I presume you put Jarnkrok on the top line to provide some defense, He would be better than Vesey, but IMO I would rather put Vesey or Sheary on Jack's wing. But you could be correct
Bonino brings a couple of rings to the locker room, could swing to #2 Center if Mittelstadt does not produce. I really like him and I think Betterall would like him as well, but he is a bit older so for that reason NSH may need to add to balance the trade.
