So the trades seems to be trading two expiring contracts for futures and then taking one back Toffoli. Confusing.
Montreal doesn't need another RHD. Doubt if Oilers can take the future cap of Hall...or even want too.

Actually yes I was. Looked at Brook and noticed his size, and he was a middle 2nd round pick. I was not aware of his apparent upside. Most of the Montreal trades include a d man and since your in the top 10 for goals for in the eastern conference, but middle of the road on goals against, I thought it would be a good fit. On top of that I know that NJ needs to look for some D men that won't be pushed around, and we don't need them to play this year.
