Preds Playoff Push

Columbus would like more for Atkinson who had 40 goals last year. Try a little better prospect, or maybe a Saros, Smith and 2nd or Korpisalo and Atkinson trade?

As a predators fan, I’d do the saros, smith, and 2nd for korpisalo and Atkinson. I like korpisalo but I think he still needs another year or two before taking over as starter and pekka still has that in him. I’m actually more apprehensive to give up Tomasino + smith + 1st.

Columbus would want more then that for Atkinson though. Who even is Tomasino? A d prospect I’m guessing, not something we need. A no name D prospect, I’d rather get a no name forward prospect who could possibly replace Atkinson in the future. But as the trade stands it’s not interesting enough for CBJ to move a 40 goal scorer, on a decent contract. The only thing of worth is the 1st...

you are not getting Atkinson from CBJ without at the very minimum including Tolvinen (i think thats how you spell it) and a 1st along with another NHL ready player on your roster and one or more draft picks. Atkinson is an elite player and there is no reason for CBJ to sell him for pennies on the dollar

I mean you COULD do atleast a little research on Tomasino before spouting off. 1st round pick from Nashville in this summers draft. Leads his OHL team this season w/ 10G 15A 25P in 15 games played. 7th in the OHL currently in Points. So a mid round 2019 1st round prospect who is continuing to look very promising. He's also a Center that can play wings, not a defenseman.
