I know a lot of these trades might not be exactly on value but would something like this truly work?

Obviously I would assume maybe one of these sort of happens
Not all of them
But would you all agree it might be time to trade a big name for a huge haul
I’m still torn on trading Strome maybe?

I hate the idea that the hawks might just miss playoffs and get a 10-13 pick when we really need a top 3-8 pick

Nah, the leafs would decline as well, Shaw's contract is a nonstarter. Murphy isn't enough of an upgrade over Murphy and giving up Liljegren who could be the best defenceman on the Leafs right side as soon as next season, is a bad idea.
