Kovy would be benched by Trotz quickly. He is not a fit on the team.

I would do the Pageau trade but I think they would want a better prospect like Aho.

Kovy said he'll take league-minimum for a good team to keep playing, but 850K should make him an Islander

Also if there's other players who are good enough they can be called up

If it was up to me, I'd be keeping Pageau in Ottawa.

But this deal probably gets Dorion to pull trigger.
