Also, why do Flames fans always want to trade johnny, that's quite haul, but still there is no other fanbase that constantly talks about trading their best player

The Islanders would have to send almost equal cap back. After signing Pulock and Barzal they'd be capped out..

A smallish group of flames fans want to. Bandwagoning is common in Canada, one "bad" season has a lot of fans foaming at the mouth.

Here in YYC a lot of us can't accept that the game has changed; we know skill and speed win games but we're still brainwashed by "Sutter" hockey; IE, every player needs to be a fight-instigating, power-forward or else they're useless.
