RNH has one year left on his contract, they don’t need any defenseman prospects, and that 2020 first round pick will most likely be late pick. No thanks.

The Sabres let go of something like 22 hockey ops people in one day, which I think is some sort of terrible record. Seems like a scorched earth restart to me. I can't see Eichel being very happy to stay and play through it all. As for your deal, it's not bad, but I'd agree with those above that see RNH's contract status as a potential issue to this deal.
