You can't offersheet someone and pay them less than what your offersheet was for.

On your RFA signing you have Cirelli at 6×6.6M, but your offersheet was for $8M. So your RFA should also read 6×8M.

Not sure if that was a typo that just got by you or not, but I Just thought I'd bring it up.
