Description

Kick start the Kings rebuild while Kopi and Doughty are still relevant with a right now star player that would be a great complement on Kopi's wing.

Jets draft Byfield at 2OA and give Copp the year to see if he can prove it as a 2C. Maybe Byfield makes a Dach like jump to 2C by seasons end. Draft Quinn at 10OA as a replacement for Wheeler as he ages or if Roslovic/Vesalainen don't seize the opportunity. Or grab Askarov there and hand him the reins in 4 years when Helle's contract is up.

We may struggle a bit early as we break in 5 rookies but should be in the hunt until the end. With $10M in space I toss an offer at Piet to see if we can push everyone down on RD. Likely resulting in us losing Pionk in the expansion draft at season's end.

Doubt they trade that pick honestly, doesn’t make sense for a rebuilding team, they’ll take the younger #2 overall every time. Anyway are you just assuming Little is done? I know he couldn’t play in the qualifiers but I haven’t heard anything about it being career ending

Also, littles injury is potentially career ending, he’s suffering from vertigo and concussions which are very hard to move past. He’s had multiple head injuries in the last 2 years. He needs to look at quality of life, I’d love to have him playing, but I want him to be healthy.
