Description

Trade with Arizona gives the needed cap space to sign Hall and other RFA's and UFA's, the sweetner is a young forward in Conor Garland. Stepan gives Cozens a year to develop and if things go sideways during the season he along with Johansson bring in picks at the trade deadline even if the Sabres hold some salary plus that's 11mil out the door the next season.

Not enough good players. Stepan isn’t an upgrade over Johansson.

They could for sure. Bubble team I think. Biggest thing will depend on how their goal tending does. D Looks pretty good. 1st line is great. 2nd line is okay. 3rd and 4th lines look sservicable (I think Thompson is overpaid and may be your weak spot as of right now. Maybe Mittelstadt on the wing on 3rd line instead?
