I’ll only talk for MTL, fair value but Bergevin intend to extend Jeff Petry this offseason and Weber and Petry are better than DeAngelo so we decline. Fair trade tho, if Petry wasn’t gonna be resigning, I’ll take that.

Sagecoll, just wondering why you think the Rangers decline the rest? I don't think they will get much more for Kreider or Strome and Domi gives them the 2nd line center behind Mika that they need. (The Smith trade is just for cap reasons)

Colorado accepts.

The Sergachev trade isn't close, Tampa get fleeced here. A late 1st, a struggling D prospect with bottom pair upside (Hajek), a likely bust (Lias), and a decent prospect (Beaucage) doesn't give Tampa any "A" grade piece. They could easily get a better offer than this if they decide to move Sergachev (which I doubt they will).

What do you think a fair offer for Sergachev is considering that Tampa is up against the cap right now?
