Could Dumoulin be a fit with Penguins set to make key moves

Dummo is really really good would cost more than Strome.... hes one of the better Defensive Dmen in the league imo

Dumoulin is far and away Pits best defenseman, so I doubt they want to move him with Strome being the centerpiece

Could be a fit for the Rangers. Not for Strome though. He'll be looking for a decent size raise after his inflated point totals this year because of Panarin. With Pittsburgh trying to reduce cap, they'll look for cheaper deals
