He can be had as part of a package that brings back a 2C like Nuge. We have like 20 bottom-6 forwards already, we don't need AA. (Bottom 6 on a contender, that is; he's talented, but he's not the type of player we need.)

Hmm interesting.. thank you! I don’t think he fetches anywhere close to Nuge though. He had 19W 12L 5OT 2.60GAA and a 9.11% this year. Nuge got 61 points in 65 games, 22 goals, and a plus 1. There is no way Korpisalo can get that much for how he did this year.

Like I said, part of a package. Something like Korpisalo plus some combo of a goalie prospect, a D, and Josh Anderson's rights.
