Too bad that the Flames laugh at that offer though.

They are not trading Hanifin and Bennett for two unsigned RFA's in a flat cap situation.

I'm not convinced of DeAngelo or Strome as being anything special. DeAngelo exploded out of the gate and slowed down hard I think it was a one+done elite season. Strome had something to prove and was given an underdog opportunity I think he regresses too.

Not to mention I haaate DeAngelo as a person lol.

No interest for the Flames, would rather have Hanifin for his age and potential as well as him being locked up under contract, than ADA. Also, zero interest in Strome, he is slow and would only emphasize our flaws at center since Monahan isn't exactly a fast skater either.
