What do you think they could get? Seriously wondering what his value is perceived to be.

I like some of this but the one aspect I can’t get behind is Johnsson I don’t see any reason to think he will be a good winger for mcdavid. What has worked in the past with mcdavid is players that are very good at something. Maroon crashed the net hard and banged in those dirty goals. Leon was able to play a give and go game with mcdavid and had a fantastic shot. Johnsson in my opinion doesn’t have the give and go ability to stand out with mcdavid he doesn’t have a high end shot he doesn’t crash the net hard he doesn’t have any sort of high end vision or creativeness. He’s most effective with the puck on his stick which is a trait that’s proven to not being as effective with mcdavid for example hall who is leaps and bounds above Johnsson. I can get behind a few things you’ve done here but not that one I just personally don’t see any reason suggesting it might work out.

I guess we will see.

McDavid is with Leon, i just need Johnsson to put the puck in the net. I know I am not convinced Johnsson is the best, but he is available and can switch with Grabner if Grabner ever gets hot again.
