Canes pass. Necas has Nylander upside, is younger, and much cheaper. Not to mention giving up trochek and bokk

Bottom players are already close to league minimum so trading them doesn't save space after they've been replaced. Could trade Kerfoot and Johnsson instead but the return wouldn't be much, and you still have to find guys that can replace them for cheap.
