He's only a cap dump to fit an overpaid player which Rakell certainly isnt overpaid but isnt much a difference maker either. He's been underwhelming besides 1 season.

Rakell is cap friendly. Everyone keeps looking at the contract but he's struggled mightily the last few seasons. I much rather grab Kahun for nothing and pay 3 million. Just asset management IMO
