You think Stamkos is waiving his NMC to go to Toronto? Plus Tampa declines. The morale of the team if they trade Stamkos at all let alone in division would be bad for months or longer.

Leafs arent trading Nylander for Stamkos. Nylander is young and has so much potential and can become even bigger than Stamkos whose time is running out. And kerfoot for a 4th lul nah. He is useful and is solid on the pk and 5 vs 5 defense. Plus that contract rn is great in these covid times as it gives security for the leafs down the road.
