Would think teams will be able to maneuver cap a bit more than usual this year with the rumored "taxi squad". Likely teams will only have 12 forwards 6 d and 2 goalies who actually count against the cap. If someone gets injured you call up a "taxi squad" guy to replace. or flip flop back and forth, imagine waiver rules might be slightly different given the situation. Just thoughts, but regardless of how they decide on doing it the rules for rosters will be a bit modified from a normal year. Helping cap strapped teams like the Leafs, lightning, and others maneuver a tad bit easier. Just my thoughts.
