You're probably right, but third is more likely, unless we really pad his stats by playing him with Tkachuk and Dadonov. I just put down a 4th because people here tend to jump down your throat when they feel you're overvaluing your own players. And thanks for the comment!

Good looking team, very much how i see it looking after this season the only thing i might change is brown for zaitsev. Also would like to recoup that 2nd for stepan which i don't see a problem with doing so at the deadline. With any retained salary you may even be able to add a b level prospect on top of the second pending on his year of course

Yes, I am undervaluing the return on Stepan just to silence the "there's no way you'd get blah blah" hate replies. As for Zaitsev, I don't disagree, I'm just thinking OTT will need to play him if they hope to move him in the expansion draft (pot sweetener required of course). Even if that's not the plan, I'm not sure DJ Smith would scratch his boy for Josh Brown.

I like this. I hope that Penguins go for Stepan at TDL. 50% retained tho with our cap situation. I think he would be a great fit with McCann and Tanev.
