To go on the taxi squad you need to go through waivers
Which means Juulsen is staying with the 23 man roster
Fleury is definitely starting in Laval, he’s waivers exempt

Juulsen have multiple commotions history and played 13 AHL games in the last 2 years, including only one since getting back from injury. He won't get picked off waivers by another NHL team LOL
