Not sure Winnipeg would want more picks given their prospect pool, and that 2017 is a really weak draft class. Other than that, the Edmonton trade doesnt seem too far fetched.

I really don't hate the deal. my only reservation believe it or not is on Lowry. Just love what the guy does in the bottom 6, hard to give him up. But overall the deal is pretty fair in my opinion.

Go look at scheifele's numbers with perreault. They are fantastic. You play the first and 2nd line the same ice time getting scheifele away from all the tough match ups. You make the jets harder to match up with.
