Description

Just a note, I will try to be as fair as possible will contracts and trades, mostly leaning to the side of slight overpayment just to make it as realistic as possible.

As much as it would irk a lot of fans and even some of the core, I really think the best approach is slowly adding pieces over the next 2 years and then in Free Agency 2022 sign some big names. The amount of available cap space that will be available is huge.

Part 1: I'm predicting the Oilers fall out of it a bit, I just don't think they are solid enough defensively and deep enough up front. If they can get a couple picks for players like Larsson, Barrie, Kahun, etc they can use those picks in the offseason to fill other holes on the roster.
