Description
Jets could use a top 6 winger now and Pit could use a RD. Does it make sense for both/either team?

Why trade Pionk? Hasn't he played well for the Jets? At least I thought he has.

He’s been fine. Certainly no real complaints. This would only make sense if they could sign a stud like Hamilton.
But both him and DeMelo are just *fine*. In an ideal world, the Jets have a top tier dMan who can eat minutes and also run PP1.

I agree with this. Personally I’d rather see demelo moved if we do land a guy like Hamilton. Morrissey, Samberg, Forbort(if resigned), Poolman and Stanley all play a defensive style game. We don’t necessarily need demelo. The bigger question is what do we do with Morrissey in 2 years when Heinola is hopefully ready for top pair time, samberg has made a push into the top 4, Stanley looks like he’s going to be a lock for top 6 for years to come to. Our left side will be really log jammed. We’ll need to make a decision to move someone. I think Morrissey becomes the odd man out.
