Description

Loved the way the team was playing prior to all the Covid issues but that doesn’t change the end goal. I don’t think this team has enough to win so they sell.

I think palms comes back in the off-season window. Also should have retained some salary on that deal as well

Trade partners are tough to find due to limited cap space. Teams are going to have to get super creative

Depending at what you sell butcher for I think Detroit should be interested. The pp is abysmal and they dont have a ideal pp point man to run it. Plus they need LD going forward anyway since most of those guys are on 1 year deals and dekeyser is always hurt.

NJD won't eat salary on Will Butcher. No need to.

As for the Palmieiri and Gusev deals, I wouldn't either the way they are constructed.

Deal as far as I am concern even if I would like Cogliano instead of Comeau if NJ is not on the no trade list of Cogliano.

With Cogliano, the retained salary on Gusev would have to be recalibrated since Cogliano cap hit is higher.
