Description

MP trade makes sense with everyone healthy. I believe they will look for quality 3rd liners in return. Hopefully adding 2. Possible to add McCann to the deal and get an extra forward back. Detroit isnt necessarily the team that they would trade with. Was just the first that came to mind when I thought of a team looking for defense both now and in the future.

Isuue with Fabbri is that he is more of a winger. I like your idea of bringing in a young forward + rental. I do like Fabbri, but we have McCann for that 3LW role.

Ryan is a pump and dump player, no thanks.

I don't see the penguins doing this. They can protect their defense as of right now. They most likely lose Matheson in the Expansion, I think they are ok with that.
You start adding forwards by trading out MP and you can't protect them and keep them. They'll be gone out the door. These issues prevent what teams are willing to do this TDL.
