Description
Toronto is Number 27 in my series, and the one I'm most scared of in terms of response, since most of the fans in any medium are leafs fans. They are another team that has been really good at building through the draft if my memory is correct, even if they made some interesting trades with some other picks (*cough* RASK *cough*)

Anyway, if you want the method/rules, please check my Philly or Anaheim team so you understand how I'm doing it.

NOTE: The defence is weaker than I expected, but part of that is lost value - Schenn was a terrible value pick. They're also not as deep on F, but I think recent drafts will yield some great results.

To be fair, the Rask trade was for the recent calder winner, if I remember correctly. The fact that they thought Justin Pogge was the goalie of the future baffles me though.

The only thing to be worried about is how awful the leafs draft history is. It is literally a nightmare. For one of the richest teams ever you’d think the could scout better. It’s been better in the last 7-8 ish years, but really not much. 1st overall Matthews and drafting Marner in the best draft class in history isn’t much to write home about.

Pogge sure looked good for team Canada at the Juniors. The two best goalies of the tournament were Leaf picks. They chose the wrong one obviously but it's not like Pogge didn't look good.
