I think he is worth a pick in the 20s range (but might return two 2nds): he's old-ish and is behind one of the better defenses in the league. The islanders cap problems are the only thing that prevents me from saying 15 range, as they are in a tighter spot than the buyer.

He can only be dealt to half the teams in the league without needing to waive, that limits the market a fair bit.

He's a good goalie, but he's coming off a career year, buyer beware. He won't get a 1st. Best comp would be the Mike Smith to CGY trade. Smith was slightly older at 35 and had 2yrs of term left. He went for a prospect and a 3rd that had the possibility of turning in to a 2nd. I think that's what you're looking at. Isles will have to wait and see who misses out on the UFA goalies and maybe they can get a good offer.
