And MTL trade Byron because he makes too much, that doesn’t help it but I would do that trade

The post at the top suggest Montreal fans want desperately to trade Byron. That's not at all the case. Sure, they wish he were paid about $1.5M less, but there's not a fan who doesn't appreciate what he brings to the rink.

Kerfoot earns $3.5M for the next two years, while Byron earns $3.4M. Byron is 5 years older, which is a factor in Kerfoot's favour, but I am not sure there's quite enough of a difference to make this trade all that meaningful to either team.
