I don't think the Leafs should move Rielly, but I've seen a lot of posts on here lately sending him to Pittsburg. Something like this might work for both teams: Leafs trade the rights of Dermott to Seattle to ensure they pick Matheson in the expansion.

But you’re trying to get OEL. This makes a million times more sense. The pens get out of the Matheson deal and then take an elite rental back for the back end. It gives POJ one more year to season and is only 175k more in cap hit for this year only then get 5 million in cap space the following year.
