As a Flyers fan, this would be fun, but I do worry a bit about 1.) Tarasenko's health, 2.) if they would really want Ghost (they have a stacked blue line with Faulk, Parayko, Krug, Scandella, Dunn who you forgot to sign and would definitely cost more). Also, no way Perry gets 3 million at this point in his career, regardless of the playoffs, he didn't this year after Dallas. So we can save some cap there. Same with Savard, but that seems a little more palatable. Klingberg would be so good, I wonder if they want to trade him though.

I saw that I forgot Dunn and got him in there. I'd be perfectly fine without Dunn in the deal and sending Ghost to DAL in the above deal to even out the long term cap implications.

As a Dallas fan, I would probably accept this offer, but it certainly wouldn't be easy. The offense & puck possession skills that Klingberg brings to the table are among the best to have been in Dallas since Sergei Zubov. To be honest, this would be the only kind of trade that Klingberg would be involved in. Dallas gets back a suitable replacement for him on the roster & two 1sts in return. Personally I would try to swap one of those 1sts for Farabee, but that's simply because I'm still annoyed that Dallas drafted Dellandrea one spot ahead of him back in 2018.

The additional cap space by not re-signing him would also be a huge asset for Dallas to go and shore up some other holes in their lineup as well.

Ya Farabee would be off the table I would think. He might be the only true untouchable forward the Flyers have.
