The only other player possibly eligible would’ve been Joseph, so Seattle is essentially getting two for one deal. Palat is eligible too, but in this hypothetical universe he’s been traded. Johnson makes the most sense out of those left available, so Seattle doesn’t really have too many options and Tampa wouldn’t just give out compensation fig it’s unnecessary.
