That bjorkstrand trade is brutal. He’s the most valuable asset we have. Maybe Kent had more but he’s number 2. No chance that happens. The rest is fine. laine won’t be traded as we just got a playmaker for him but the rest it is what it is.

Got to think Laine is next on the chopping block.
I'm surprised that deal hasn't already happened.
Teams basically realizing now, the next two drafts is where it's at if you want to compete for a cup.
This is part of the problem with the new draft lottery. Everyone trying to hit rock bottom.
You got a 4 way race going.
AZ, CBJ, BUF, Seattle.
You might add in DET and SJS.

who ever finishes in the bottom 3 is trying to turn things around. Don't go expecting teams to try to win now.
