With Blandisi and Veilleux gone, Poehling likely in the NHL, and Ylönen missing a third of the season, he’s definitely going to have a lot of opportunity to be a top player on this team.

Interesting you have Poehling with Habs. That means he had a good camp and took a roster spot. In the 2nd half last season I thought Poehling was Laval's best player.

I don’t think it’ll be that hard for him to beat out Paquette. He definitely excelled in the AHL last year, and there isn’t much more that he can accomplish at that level.

I would say swap Dauphin with Hillis and Ouellet with Brook and you are set. Hoping that Yelonen decides to get vaccinated before the season gets to far along.
