Not a bad plan. Don't know about moving Kaut for couple of months of Hinostroza, or if Lyubushkin for Aube-Kubel+7th works (Arizona could have just grabbed him off waivers)...maybe switch it to a 4th or something, but that's just nitpicking.

Thoughts behind trading kaut is he’s a fringe player on the roster. i could very well be wrong but I feel like his waiver exemption is no good next year. hino would be an upgrade for the bottom six and brings more than kaut will for the rest of the year, and hopefully playoffs. As for the aube maybe the yotes will need to fill a few spots by the end of the year and get a cheap tryout option in exchange for an upcoming ufa who is a bottom pairing guy on the worst team (by far) in the league. That’s just my reasoning. Not disagreeing with you by any means!
