All or nothing playoff run. Idk how practical or feasible any of this is. VGK/VAN/Leafs all in tuff cap situations. Might be able to cap on it. Might be a stretch but fun to think about all the same.

u do remember jimbo was fired a few weeks ago right?

easy no, fast is turning 31 not on our timeline
late first mostly likely 30-32 range literally no difference between a second
the thirds also dont make up the lost value

would also not like to trade boeser
he is finally starting to heat up under bruce with a goal in almost every past few game

yes we are under a bit of a cap constraint but we do have enough this offseason to give boeser his qo

This makes no sense for Carolina.

Why move Skjei when he's been so incredibly solid when everyone else on the blueline seems to be on the COVID-19 list?

Why move out Nino who's been probably the most consistent scoring threat not named Sebastian Aho?

Bear for Theodore makes no sense because of the cap implications for Carolina.

Cole has been very meh. Brodie has been very good, you're looking at more than some mid-round picks to change that.

Fast has been more consistent than Boeser this year. Fight me on it. I don't care, why would you trade him when he's SO incredibly solid defensively? I understand a case for moving Fast, but this is the wrong type of deal.

If you get Theodore for Bear you do it and deal with the cap lmao. Theo >>>>>>>>>> Bear

I don't disagree with that. I disagree with how much better than bear you seem to think Theo is, but Theodore is the better player for sure. However, Bear is cost controlled and has emerged as a genuine 1st pairing D man. While he likely won't be as good as Theodore, he is right handed, which gives him that increased value off the bat. I don't think there's a reason for either team to make this trade. Especially when Carolina's D core is just flat out the best in the league right now.
