Description
As my last post with the Sens top 10 pick, I would go with a little more size and Physicality than a Lambert or a Kimbell, I think this team will get some of that coming with Grieg and Boucher but can never hurt.

Signing Burakosky does bring back memories of Dadanov, however. With this cap hit and the term he shouldn't be too hard to move if needed, he can slide down the lineup as prospects or Formenton grow ahead of him in the line up, and he can play both sides giving some flexibility. this also leaves the Sens with a TON of cap space to work with and they do not have to give up on any current prospects like they would with Boser of a Fiala.
If you really don't like the idea then just put Giroux in that spot and make it a 7 or 8 AAV.

This lineup also leaves room for flexibility in the means that Formenton, Sokolov, Brown, Paul, Pinto can all move up and down the lineup as needed.
Get the young guys in on D as much as possible but keep holden and Mete around to slide in, or replace mete with another DECENT vet D, or keep Zaitsev.

I don’t want Geekie. If we drop that low, take McGroarty. Also enough physicality , we need 1 more skilled top 6 player

He is in the top 10 of every draft ranking I have seen, and I would think his Offensive is better than McGroarty.

Seem like you've really overpaid Paul at 3m X 4. Zaitsev and White aren't worth their contracts, so they remain Sens, which the Sens can afford. Sens could even afford to keep Murray and not buy him out.

If you want a forward with size, I think you should take Slafkovsky. The lowest possible pick for the Sens (current standings) would be 5th overall. Slafkovsky should be available at 5. (I personally have him ranked higher than Geekie.)
