Sharks decline, not trading Hert without a first unless it’s top tier return coming back

Monahan has regressed significantly, Valimaki hasn’t really developed much (plus the Sharks already have a surplus of LD), Philp is a 26 year old AHLer, the 2nd won’t be very high AND the Sharks are sending back a 4th?

Doesn’t make sense to me.

Zero logic to this one. if we trade Hertl its to rebuild. a 26 year old undrafted AHL player a LD who you guys think so highly of you have him buried in the AHL and a player who is paid to be a top 6 guy who has played most of the last 2 seasons in your bottom 6 for a top line center on pace for 46 goals.... dude come correct or don't come at all.

Hertl is tied with Matthews for goals this season and is playing out of his mind most nights carrying the team. In order to acquire him it will take Coronato and a 1st. Period.
