yeah, i mean gms love guys who have never had 50 points ever, are past scoring prime and make 5 mill a year for the next 5 seasons after this and also suck at defending. Great contract for sure

Bailey pageau etc and the list goes on and on seems like you r not up to speed on how nhlers are getting g paid now 5 million is about the right price for a 50 point winger that’s about the standard right now and will only continue in that trend moving forward. 30 goal scorers 60 point guys usually 6 mil + and the same for 70 point 7 mil + and so forth that’s basically the nhl pay scale now you can find some outliers yo that but the are one offs or having an odd great or and odd bad year
