Probably a combination of struggles from Stanley and good play by Samberg (in small sample size) who could fill the role of physical young defenseman.

Yeah and after the Schmidt and Dillon acquisitions and combined with other D prospects, Stanley is at the bottom of the list. His size and willingness to be physical are still great traits though, but for Winnipeg, there isnt really a good fit anymore.

Might have to for an Edmonton trade? I think they have limited cap space.
