Description
I think these trades are fair.
1. Arizona gets a blue chip prospect, a young NHL player, a first round pick, a B prospect, plus a defenseman that can play the next few years. Maybe someone else offers more but it's a good deal and matches the ask for Chychrun.

2. The Sharks are in need of prospects at center and RD. Beecher and Clifton meet those needs and Smith is a capable winger on a reasonable contract. 2 second round picks makes this a good return for a player on an expiring contract.

3. Philly gets younger and more skilled players with term for 2 players on expiring contracts. Bruins add much needed toughness to the lineup.

With Haula playing well on the second line, I've slotted Hertl at RW on Bergys line. If Hertl is needed more at 2C, Bruins would still have 3.8mil in cap space to address a RW for the top line. If Haula continues to work out, they could focus that cap space on a more offensive threat for Coyles line. Maybe Domi or Strome would be a fit.

Arizona and San Jose easily decline. Both of those offers are extremely underwhelming. My favourite part is that you didnt even offer your first from this year

Actually these offers are quite in line with what the teams are asking for. I didn't offer the first round pick this year for Chychrun because Arizona already has 3 picks this year and only 1 next year. Thought they would like to have multiple first round picks in both years. As for SJ, 2 seconds along with the players offered is good compensation for an expiring contract that may not re-sign. Too say that the offers are extremely underwhelming, when they are in line with what is rumoured to be the current asking price is ridiculous. Like I said, they might get outbid but they aren't bad deals.

Yeah sharks want C and RD prospects. They want good prospects though. Beecher is a C level prospect, Clifton is 26, not a prospect. Technically it meets their needs in the fact that it’s their position of need but the level of return is not good. Very much quantity over quality which never gets a deal done. By the way the sharks ask is a 1st and a top prospect which is not seen here at all.

Im going to ignore your take on the San Jose trade because that is just troll

As for Arizona, you failed to offer a blue chip prospect and severely overvalue DeBrusk and how he would help a team that has zero need for DeBrusk

Even the Flyers decline, they'll get better offers elsewhere.
