Maybe....

The Giroux offer is not as strong as the COL rumours, and Justin Braun is playing well enough to probably garner a late round 2nd on his own.

Maybe combine the two offers and PHI takes Rask as a cap dump, the 1st, DeWar, 2nd and 3rd for Giroux and Braun

Flyers decline easily. They'll want a top offensive prospect in return IMO plus picks depending on cap retention. Dewar is a solid bottom 6 Fwd in the NHL but not for Giroux and then also adding braun makes this not really close.

However, I do want the Wild to pursue Giroux. He would be sick in between Fiala and Boldy

Our gm has zero interest in trading a 1st round pick for rentals, much less taking from the team. Connor dewar is a good young bottom line winger/ player on pk and 4th line. Also we aren't trading 2nd round pick just to get rid of rask. Aldo we don't have any need for d once dumba and addison comes back

I don't think this deal for Giroux is the winner, but top offensive prospect for a guy who is a peer rental, guaranteed to run back to Philadelphia in the off-season, also only 3 teams he would consider and he really doesn't play center much anymore. I'm might give up Beckman instead of Dewar, but that's as top as my top offensive prospect goes.
