I think more like 50%. As at 3mill someone may gamble. 4 mill maybe 1 or 2.

There are probably 25+ teams that take him at 3mil for 2years.

At half, most everyone takes a flyer. He's better than Chiarot, who laughably is able to get a first? It's hilarious.

Dude's a 4m defenseman, so at his market rate (2m retained), a number of teams should still be in.

The only trade I can see as a full cap move is to Buffalo, as they need a mid-term RD in their top 6.
