Huge overpay for Boeser, and Caps would have a hard time fitting him under the cap next year. Copp, Garland and Zacha are better fits.

Fleury doesn't even want to play for Caps, but I guess that's fair value. Hawks fans will want a 1st tho.

If we move Boeser it makes sense to retain since his contract is up after this year
